Job summary

Encompass Health Corporation in Florida seeks an Area Dialysis Program Manager to direct and advance our hemodialysis services across multiple hospitals, implementing policies for safety and patient care. You will supervise dialysis staff, liaise with hospital management and community partners, and travel between Altamonte Springs and Kissimmee to ensure consistency and quality care.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing as per state regulations.
• BLS CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification to be obtained within 12 months of hire.
• Minimum 1 year inpatient hospital experience preferred.
• 1 year dialysis nursing experience preferred.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of safe and effective hemodialysis following applicable guidelines in multiple hospitals.
• Direct and organize multiple hospital's hemodialysis program.
• Implement policies for safe and effective care.
• Supervise dialysis staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Represent the program within hospital management and community settings.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to communicate patient concerns and changes promptly.
