## Area Customer Experience Specialist# **Description****Summary:**As an Area Customer Experience Specialist (ACES), you will provide a best-in-class experience to both customers and colleagues, supporting branches within a region during their time of need. Providing multi-branch support helps you to gain additional experience and exposure to customer interactions that will enhance your knowledge and skills and allow you to be an excellent resource for branch colleagues across the region. Colleagues on the ACES team will have the opportunity to travel between local branches and will need to be adaptable to work in different locations that can change daily. You are responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs and recommending appropriate deposit, loan and other banking products and services. You will process customer transactions accurately and efficiently to provide exemplary customer service while educating customers on bank products, services and technology. In addition, an Area Customer Experience Specialist is also a resource to support colleagues in a branch helping to provide consistent and seamless experiences.
