Area Construction Manager – Heavy Civil Construction
McMillen, Inc. is seeking a highly skilledArea Construction Manager – Heavy Civil Construction. The Area Construction Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operational performance, and successful execution of heavy civil construction projects within an assigned region or business unit. This position provides direct oversight and mentorship to Construction Operations Managers and is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality and client expectations. The Area Construction Manager participates in project planning and execution while supporting strategic business objectives and operational excellence across multiple projects.
All Construction Division offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screen. In accordance with client requirements, security clearance is required and is determined based on background check results.
