Qualifications

• 21+ years old with valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred)
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Strong business and financial acumen (P&L experience)
• Organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple locations
• Flexible schedule and ability to travel

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Restaurant General Managers across locations
• Build strong, engaged teams and future leaders
• Drive sales, profit, and key performance metrics
• Ensure high standards for operations, food quality, and guest experience
• Analyze P&L and manage labor, inventory, and costs
• Execute company initiatives across all locations
