Job summary

SimiTree Talent Solutions is recruiting an Area Clinical Director for the Hospice service area covering Lackawanna and Pike counties, PA. The role oversees day-to-day clinical operations for home and community-based hospice care and reports to executive leadership.

The ideal candidate is a PA-licensed Registered Nurse with Hospice leadership experience and strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and COPs. Home Health experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hospice leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent understanding of Medicare regulations and COP's.
• PA licensed Registered Nurse (RN) is required/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations for the service area.
• Oversight of directly reporting clinical leaders.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Area Clinical Director Description

Our client is a well-established Hospice organization. They have a current opening for an Area Clinical Director for their Hospice service area that includes Lackawanna and Pike County, PA. Medicare Hospice leadership experience as a registered nurse is ideal. Home Health experience may be considered. This person will manage day-to-day clinical operations for home and community-based hospice care.
