Pharvarisis a late-stage biopharmaceutical company developing novel, oral bradykinin B2 receptor antagonists to potentially address all types of bradykinin-mediated angioedema. By targeting this clinically proven therapeutic target with novel, oral small molecules, the Pharvaris team is advancing new alternatives to injected therapiesfor the prevention and treatment of hereditary angioedema (HAE) attacks, and other bradykinin B2-receptor-mediated indications. HAE is a rare and potentially life-threatening genetic disease and people living with HAE can suffer sudden and prolonged attacks of swelling in multiple areas of the body, including the airway, which can be life-threatening.

The Area Business Manager will play a key role in driving continued growth and market expansion for an innovative oral therapy within hereditary angioedema (HAE). This individual will be responsible for developing territory strategy, building meaningful relationships with HCPs and key stakeholders, and advancing disease and brand awareness across the region.
This is a highly visible field-based role requiring strong clinical selling capability, strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for improving outcomes for patients living with rare disease. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and brings both launch experience and a strong ownership mindset.
Pharvaris is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $160,000-$185,000 per year. Actual compensation will depend on various factors, including but not limited to relevant sales experience, demonstrated performance, skills, geographic market, and internal equity. Exceptional candidates may be considered outside of the intended hiring range. We view compensation holistically.
