Splendora Independent School District is seeking an ARD Facilitator to coordinate and lead ARD meetings, ensure compliant documentation, and monitor IEP implementation for students with disabilities.

Primary Purpose:
Responsible for facilitating Annual, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings and completion of required ARD paperwork. Monitor implementation of individualized education plans (IEP) and facilitate communication with parent and staff.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
Bachelor's degree
Special Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge of state and federal laws for educating students with disabilities
Understanding of the individual needs of students with disabilities
Ability to communicate effectively with parents and staff
Ability to implement policies and procedures

Other Information:
The District contributes $330 monthly toward the cost of the employee-only health insurance, which is $105 more than the state-required amount of $225/month. All employees in this position receive free treatment at any Next Level Urgent Care.
