Northern Air Cargo (NAC) in Anchorage, AK is hiring a GSE Mechanic to inspect, maintain, and repair a diverse fleet of ground service equipment ensuring reliability and safety for 24/7 operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on mechanical experience, own a full tool set, and proficiency with CMMS software. Alaska driver’s license and DOT/CDL are preferred. On-site work with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years hands-on mechanical experience.
• Own a comprehensive set of professional hand tools.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform PMIs and routine maintenance on company vehicles and equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Overhaul and repair gasoline and diesel engines.
• Safely operate heavy machinery including snow removal equipment and forklifts.
• Maintain maintenance logs and CMMS records.
