Job summary

Ancestry is seeking a project-based temporary Archival Digitization Specialist in Boston, MA. This contract-based, full-time role lasts about 1+ years and requires a technical approach to digitization of archival documents.

You will capture digital images, perform quality audits, maintain complex spreadsheets, and coordinate image delivery to the corporate office, while working with partners and hardware service providers. A detail-oriented, independent worker preferred.

Join the curious.Ancestry is looking for a project-based temporary Archival DigitizationSpecialist to work on a contract basis in Boston, MA. We ask that you are atechnical person with experience working with digitization, archivaldocuments, and goal oriented projects. You are efficient, show great carefor detail, and are accustomed to independent work in an environment thathandles focused and repetitive tasks. This is a full-time opportunity workingMonday through Friday from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, 40 hours a week and will last for about 1+ years. You will report to the Domestic Remote Senior Imaging Manager. This is not a work-from-home position.
