Job summary

Mott MacDonald is inviting motivated students to join the Summer Internship Program in Iselin, NJ. The three-month development journey builds the foundation for a successful career as an engineering consultant, with opportunities to design solutions, inspect sites, and participate in client meetings.

You will gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to sustainable project work in a hybrid office setting, with clear internship milestones and collaboration across teams.

Benefits & Rewards

Eligible interns may participate in Mott MacDonald's 401(k) retirement savings plan and gain valuable hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development while working on meaningful projects.

The expected salary for this position is $18 - $35 /hr

Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience, and unique skills.
