Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's in a NAAB-accredited architecture program.
• Proficiency with Revit is required.
• Experience with 3D rendering tools (Enscape, V-Ray, SketchUp, 3D Max, etc.) preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is expected.
• Eager to learn and passionate about design; demonstrated leadership in school or community.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of routine project design assignments, with growing responsibility, guided by a project engineer/architect or department manager.
• Works from both own designs and designs of others, compiles data, performs design computations, makes quantity take-offs, and assists in preparation of cost estimates.
• Drafts interpretation of own design into completed working drawings and applies design fundamentals.
• Develops project details, prepares selections, and adapts to alternatives.
• Maintains working knowledge of the discipline's codes and studies non-routine code issues.
• Performs production of construction documents.

This is an onsite role requiring daily attendance at our Toledo, OH or Columbus, OH office. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this role.

Qualifications

• 3D rendering skills (Enscape, V-ray, SketchUp, 3D Max, etc.)
• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Eager to learn and passionate about design
• Demonstrated leadership in school or community
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and graphic skills
• Resourceful, self-motivated, collaborative team player
• Salary Range: $20-$23 per hour
