Job summary

InstaCreative India in Atlanta is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to support design development and construction of building projects. You will assist architects with drawings, 3D models, and coordinating with engineers to ensure functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing results.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field.
• At least 2 years' experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and clients to develop design concepts and plans.
• Use computer software to create detailed drawings and 3D models of building designs.
• Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess potential challenges.
• Research building codes, regulations and materials to ensure safety compliance.
• Prepare project proposals, budget estimates and timelines.
• Communicate with contractors and suppliers throughout the construction process.
• Review and modify plans as needed based on client feedback or site conditions.
