Job summary

TowerPinkster is seeking an architectural technician to support project success through technical drawings, construction documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

You will translate design intent into accurate, coordinated solutions while building proficiency in industry tools and standards, contributing to thoughtful, well-executed projects and client engagement.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited program.
• Recent graduate with up to 5 years of professional experience in the A/E industry.
• Proficiency in Revit or similar design software; familiarity with applicable codes and standards is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, Teams) and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of technical drawings and production of construction documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to translate design intent into coordinated solutions.
• Assist with design reviews and coordinate across internal teams, consultants, and partners.
• Learn from senior members and contribute to project delivery and quality practices.

The role of an architectural technician is dedicated to supporting project success through the development of technical drawings, production of construction documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary project teams. You will assist in translating design intent and client goals into accurate, well-coordinated technical solutions while strengthening your proficiency in industry tools and standards. Key Actions

• Support the development of design solutions by assisting multidisciplinary teams and applying emerging technical skills to meet project goals.
• Assist in preparing and coordinating construction documents from schematic design through construction administration under the guidance of senior team members.
• Contribute to the refinement of departmental standards and quality practices by following established processes and offering observations for improvement.
• Help foster a collaborative team culture by communicating openly, being accountable for your work, and contributing positively to team efforts.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Client Engagement

• Support client engagement by delivering high-quality work on schedule, contributing appropriately in meetings and maintaining clear, professional communication

Professional Foundations

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, from an accredited program.
• Relevant Licensure, Certification, and Accreditation in progress; LEED accreditation or interest in pursuing accreditation preferred.
• Recent graduate with up to 5 years of professional experience in the A/E industry. (Internships and co-ops experience will be considered)
• Proficiency in Revit or similar design software; familiarity with applicable codes and standards is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, Teams).
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Calendar, Gmail).
