Job Responsibilities

• Marketing
  • Assist preparing the marketing presentation documents.
  • Assist updating past project information and Atlanta office brochure.
  • Organize and maintain past proposal binders.
• Design
  • Assist Revit/AutoCad related tasks as needed (drawing, 3D, etc.).
  • Assist design presentation work (including study model, rendering, etc.).
  • Assist interior design tasks (including furniture selection, etc.).
  • Organize and maintain design library.
• Pre-Construction
  • Assist initiate bid document preparations with the Business Development team.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Proven experience in document control or a similar role.
• Experience in Architecture Design/Construction industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Procore.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Bilingual (fluent) in Japanese and English, preferred.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field and 1-3 years of architectural experience including use of CAD technology. Masters degree in Architecture or related field preferred.
