Simon Roofing is seeking a skilled supervisor to lead commercial roofing crews in Georgia. The position offers top hourly pay ranging from $29.00 to $40.00 based on architectural sheet metal experience, with year-round work and a strong benefits package.

The role emphasizes safety, leadership, and customer interaction as you guide crews through restoration, removal, repair, and replacement of various roofing systems. Requires travel and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of architectural sheet metal roofing experience.
• 3+ years of leading a commercial roofing crew.
• Extensive knowledge of low slope roofing systems.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Willing to work in varying heights and weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel when necessary.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays when necessary.
• Ability to life 50-100 pounds daily and erect ladders up to 40 feet.
• 21 years of age or older; authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and coach crews on roofing jobs.
• Perform work safely according to guidelines and specifications.
• Restore, removal, repair, and replacement of various commercial roofing systems (including architectural sheet-metal).
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and crew members.
