Job summary

Simon Roofing is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Roofer who can travel to customer sites to fabricate and install metal roofing systems. The role demands hands-on expertise with standing seam and related systems, strong safety practices, and the ability to lead crews when needed.

This position offers top earnings from $75,000 to $130,000 annually, plus multiple bonus opportunities, paid time off, a comprehensive benefits package, and paid travel/hotels when working out of town.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sheet metal roofing experience (Architectural, R-panel, or other relevant metal systems) OR Construction Sheet Metal experience.
• Willing to travel out of town with hotel stay for up to 4 weeks at a time.
• Able to work weekends and holidays when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Experience with standing seam metal roof system, metal wall panel system, plate and ACM metal wall panel systems.
• Lead, motivate, and coach crews on roofing jobs.
• Restore, removal, repair, and replacement of various commercial roofing systems (including architectural sheet-metal).
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and crew members.
• Organize, plan, and achieve goals based on the scope of work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Experience with standing seam metal roof system, metal wall panel system, plate and ACM metal wall panel systems.
• Work in accordance with safety guidelines and job specifications.

Requirements

• Willing to work in varying heights and weather conditions.
• Able and willing to travel, out of town with hotel stay, for up to 4 weeks at a time. (REQUIRED)
• Ability to work weekends and holidays when necessary.
• Ability to life 50-100 pounds throughout the day and set up a ladder safely up to 40 feet.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 21 years of age or older (In order to drive a company vehicle).
• Authorized to work in the United States
