Icon Corporation in Spokane Valley, WA is hiring sheet metal installers to join our architectural sheet metal team. This role focuses on installing sheet metal panels, coping, flashing, gutters, and related components on commercial projects.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sheet metal, roofing, or construction experience preferred.
• Experience with architectural sheet metal panels, coping, flashing, gutters, or downspouts preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic layout preferred.
• Safety-oriented mindset.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to perform physical work on a regular basis.
• Ability to lift 50 to 60 lbs.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Install architectural sheet metal systems, including metal panels, copings, flashings, gutters, downspouts, and related components.
• Assist with layout, measuring, cutting, fastening, and installation of sheet metal materials.
• Read and follow plans, details, shop drawings, and installation instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, lifts, and other equipment safely and properly.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• Assist with material handling, staging, and jobsite organization.
• Work as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently and professionally.
• Follow all company safety policies and jobsite safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
