The candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field and at least 5 years of experience, including 2 years in construction and 3 years in quality control. Responsibilities
Prepares, reviews and implements the project specific quality plans, design quality plans and procedures in accordance with project specification and compliance with project management policy and objectives.
Assists the PQM in ensuring that all company's and supply partners personnel who perform or manage activities affecting quality are properly educated, trained, qualified and where required, certified in accordance with related procedure.
Planning and arranging of all quality training needs and training provisions.
Reviewing the ITPs submitted by the Supply Partners prior to start work.
Controlling, directing and coordinating all inspections with 3rd party, Supply Partners.
Planning and conducting Supply Partners (Contractor) audit to ensure effective implementation of the Project QMS and identify areas for improvement.
Recording any departure from the PQP and any non-conformance in completed works.
Assists the PQM in implementing and monitoring of the Issuing NCR, Punch list, or Observations Request as appropriate, and follow-up with concerned parties for closure.
Assists the PQM in Collect data for Q-KPIs, Conduct Trend Analysis, and report on the Q-KPIs status in the Monthly QA/QC report.
Assists the PQM in monitoring the implementation of KPIs procedure and report to PQM in case of any negative trends.
Coordinate with Supply Partners to implement of Quality control and mitigation plan.
In charge of Documentation and management of Project Special Processes.
Control and Monitoring of the PQM in ensuring effective management and control IMTE (Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment).
Review of Material submittals submitted by Supply Partners compliance with the specification and client requirements.
In charge of site laboratory management and check the calibration status of the equipment and request calibration when the time arrives.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 years (2 years of construction and 3years of Q/C)
Over 3 Years career at Construction Company.

Familiar with Quality Management System and Quality Control Procedure.
