Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s Degree in Architecture.
• 5+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Experience managing architectural projects from design through construction documents.
• Expert-level Revit proficiency.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing.
• Experience coordinating consultants and external project teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead project leadership from design development through construction documentation and permitting.
• Produce and oversee construction documents using Revit and participate in design development.
• Coordinate and manage structural, civil, MEP, and specialty consultants; ensure deliverables align with schedules and budgets.
• Monitor project budgets, track scope changes, and communicate concerns before they become issues.
