Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from kickoff to closeout, keeping teams aligned and goals met.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and deliverables.
• Lead internal teams and external consultants for project cohesion.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and contractors.
• Review construction documents for accuracy, clarity, and scope alignment.
• Oversee construction administration and field execution.
• Conduct project meetings and track action items.
• Evaluate cost impacts and identify design solutions.
