You’ll market opportunities, manage project scope, budget, and schedules, and mentor staff to drive design excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in architectural design and planning in core markets.
• Demonstrated project management and supervisory experience.
• Strong client development and relationship management.
• Excellent organization and leadership capabilities.
• Proficient use of Revit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to execute design processes and project goals.
• Manage scope and budget; ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Develop and validate project scope, fee, and budget during marketing.
• Coordinate staffing with Operations Leaders across the firm.
• Mentor staff and lead the architectural discipline in Atlanta.
