Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking an Architectural Project Manager for our Rochester, NY team. You will lead project activities, act as Project Architect/AOR on projects, and serve as the primary liaison to clients while coordinating design through construction documents.

The role requires 8+ years of architecture experience, NY licensure, and strong communication skills. Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and related tools is preferred, with some travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in architecture.
• New York architecture licensure required.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to mentor team members.

Responsabilités

• Lead, oversee, supervise, and coordinate project activities.
• Assist growth of architectural presence in the Hudson region.
• Fulfill role of Project Architect and AOR on projects.
• Ensure success of projects under management.
• Serve as primary design liaison to client and oversee CD deliverables.
• Oversee work of design/production staff as needed.
• Collaborate with other offices.
