We seek an Architectural Program Manager to lead a team of Architectural Associates and partner with the Architectural Program Director on national retail projects. You will direct tenant programs, oversee planning, delivery, risk management, budgeting, and site observations, ensuring compliance with codes and permits while maintaining

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
• 5+ years' experience in Architecture, Construction or related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing small to medium-sized projects.
• High degree of proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Program management skills related to commercial architectural projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
• The ability to travel for survey and job site observation.

RGLA Solutions, Inc. is a premier architectural and design firm specializing in delivering innovative retail solutions. We work on diverse commercial/retail projects ranging from specialty retail shops and shop-in-shops to airport retail and sports/entertainment shop environments. We are currently looking for a motivated and self-starter individual to join our collaborative team as Architectural Program Manager. In this role, you will work directly with the Architectural Program Director while managing a team of Architectural Associates to support our variety of National retail clients.

Responsibilities Include:

• Direct clients contact to facilitate and manage tenant’s program
• Management of all tasks relating to Architectural project planning and delivery
• Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing risks and challenges proactively
• Budgeting and scheduling
• Survey and job site observation
• Construction administration

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Architecture
• 5+years’ experience in Architecture, Construction or related field
• Proven track record of successfully managing small to medium-sized projects
• High degree of proficiency in AutoCAD
• Program management skills related to commercial architectural projects
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written

Preferred Qualifications:

• Registered Architect is a plus
• Architectural experience in Retail and/or Commercial Projects is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Project
• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suites is a plus
