Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Production Assembler to produce architectural shapes, EIFS wall components, and exterior panel systems. The role follows a daily production schedule and involves hand-applied adhesive work, extrusion processing, and mold casting.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily production schedule set by Production Supervisor.
• Hand apply adhesive mesh to parts.
• Mix base coats and finishes with electric drill and paddle.
• Operate with team to run parts through extrusion equipment.
• Assemble and pour mold for cast stone.
• Trim parts with cutting equipment.
• Assist in building custom crates based on project specs.
• Prepare and organize parts for shipment.
• Assist with shipping and receiving.
• Follow all safety requirements.
• Clean equipment after use and maintain organized production space.
• Assist with monthly inventory counts.
