Job summary

Flynn Group Of Companies in Phoenix, AZ seeks an Architectural Metals Journeyman/Installer to install architectural cladding, steel roofing and wall finishes, and complex metal panel systems. You will rivet, weld, and solder components and ensure exterior metal products meet specifications and codes.

The role requires 3-5+ years of commercial metal roofing experience, blueprints literacy, and strong teamwork with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years’ commercial metal roofing experience
• Experience with various architectural metal wall panel systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Ability to work safely at heights
• Ability to follow extensive company safety policy
• Work collaboratively with crew on installation of architectural sheet metal applications

Responsibilities

• Install Architectural Cladding applications including Steel Roofing and Wall finishes
• Fit and join sheet metal parts using riveting, welding and soldering
• Install exterior metal products according to specifications and building codes
• Measure and mark guidelines for installations
• Install, repair and service exterior prefabricated products
• Maintain OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 standards

Responsible for installation of Architectural Cladding applications, including Steel Roofing and Wall finishes, Composite Aluminum Wall panels and Custom Zinc or Copper applications, fit and join sheet metal parts using riveting, welding, soldering and similar equipment, install exterior metal products according to specifications and building codes.
