The role demands strong drafting skills, CBC/Title 24/ADA knowledge, and the ability to guide junior staff while coordinating with structural, MEP, civil, and landscape teams.

Qualifications

• > Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• > 5-7 years of experience producing construction documents on multifamily residential or mixed-use projects
• > Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; MS Office
• > Knowledge of CBC, ADA, Title 24, and building codes
• > Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of technical drawing work
• > Effective communication and coordination with team, consultants, and reviewers

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and check construction document sets across design development and CD phases.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, civil, and landscape consultants; flag conflicts for resolution.
• Apply working knowledge of CBC, Title 24, ADA, and relevant local codes to ensure drawings are accurate and compliant.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of architectural detailing and building systems.
• Assist in organizing permit packages, coordinating submissions, and tracking items under senior staff guidance.
• Support construction administration including RFI responses, shop drawing review, and submittal tracking.
• Participate in field surveys and maintain organized project files.
