Job summary

TCA Architects is seeking an Architectural Job Captain in Oakland to lead design development, produce construction documents, and coordinate a project team for multifamily and mixed-use developments. Proficiency in Revit and knowledge of building materials and construction techniques are essential.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of architectural experience, including multifamily work, and familiarity with IBC/CBC and accessibility requirements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years architectural experience with 2+ years in multifamily projects.
• 4+ years Revit experience required.
• 2+ years construction administration preferred.
• Knowledge of building types I, II, III, and V.
• Strong understanding of IBC, CBC and accessibility requirements.
• Familiar with consultant drawings and systems.
• Hand sketch details prior to producing Revit drawings.
• Excellent organizational skills.
