Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Architectural Job Captain for our Suffern, NY office to lead project coordination and construction document production from design development through construction administration. You will work with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver high-quality projects on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Architecture with 3+ years' experience in multi-family or affordable housing, strong Revit skills, and knowledge of NYC and NY State

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• 3+ years of architectural experience, preferably in multi-family or affordable housing projects.
• Strong Revit skills and experience producing construction documents.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of NYC and New York State building codes.
• Experience coordinating consultants and managing project deadlines.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to project sites throughout the New York metro area.

Position Overview

This is a Permanent position based out of Suffern, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
