Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking an unlicensed design professional proficient in architecture with strong AutoCAD and Revit skills. The role requires 1–3 years of design experience and preference for familiarity with multi-family, hotel, or similar projects.

Master’s degree or five-year architectural degree is preferred. The candidate will collaborate with various disciplines including MEP and civil to deliver projects.

Qualifications

• AutoCAD and Revit experience required.
• 1 to 3 years of design experience required.
• Experience designing multi-family, hotel, assisted living, or other multi-story habitable units preferred.
• Master’s degree or 5-year architectural degree preferred.
• Knowledge of general construction practices and building codes.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; able to handle multiple tasks.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Design: conduct field measurements and provide preliminary design drawings.
• Construction Documentation: translate schematic drawings into construction documents.
• Construction Administration: review shop drawings and submittals.
• General: coordinate with internal departments and maintain licenses/CPD.
• Collaborate with MEP and civil consultants during design and construction phases.
• Serve as in-house AutoCAD/Revit subject matter expert.
