Job summary

Good Life Group / TOV is seeking an Architectural Drafter to join our Sacramento-based team. The role focuses on producing detailed architectural drawings and construction documents using Revit, in a fast-paced environment with a 2–3 week turnaround target.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in residential/commercial drafting and experience handling building department corrections. Strong teamwork and time-management skills are essential to meet project milestones and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of Revit experience.
• Residential and/or commercial drafting experience.
• Experience addressing building department corrections.
• Knowledge of construction drawings and drafting standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and construction documents using Revit.
• Produce residential and commercial drafting plans accurately and efficiently.
• Revise plans to address corrections/comments from the building department.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and internal teams.
• Ensure drawings meet company standards, project requirements, and codes.
• Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Help reduce backlog and support production timelines.
