Job summary

Habitec Architecture And Planning is seeking an Architectural Drafter to develop construction documents and details from schematic design through construction administration. The designer will convert concepts into precise CAD and Revit drawings, ensuring code compliance and coordination with the Job Captain and Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and documentation creation.
• Strong knowledge of Revit for BIM workflows and construction docs.
• Experience with SketchUp for conceptual modeling and presentations.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for presentation materials.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction documents and details for submittal.
• Apply codes and coordinate with Job Captain and Project Manager.
• Translate design concepts into CAD/Revit drawings and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with external consultants and manage design hours within budget.
• Ensure timely completion of documents and accuracy across phases.
