The designer will convert concepts into precise CAD and Revit drawings, ensuring code compliance and coordination with the Job Captain and Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and documentation creation.
• Strong knowledge of Revit for BIM workflows and construction docs.
• Experience with SketchUp for conceptual modeling and presentations.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for presentation materials.

Responsabilités

• Prepare construction documents and details for submittal.
• Apply codes and coordinate with Job Captain and Project Manager.
• Translate design concepts into CAD/Revit drawings and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with external consultants and manage design hours within budget.
• Ensure timely completion of documents and accuracy across phases.
