• Strong experience preparing Construction Documents from concept through permit-ready sets.
• Familiarity with residential building codes and construction documentation standards.
• Proficiency with CAD/BIM software and Microsoft Office.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Drafting, Construction, or related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide drafting support during construction for field revisions and builder-requested changes.

Responsibilities

• Producing high-quality, permit-ready Construction Documents for residential projects
• Interpreting and implementing redlines from architects, project managers, engineers, and builder clients
• Coordinating with structural engineers, truss manufacturers, and MEP consultants to integrate drawings into complete CD sets
• Reviewing drawings for quality control, constructability, and consistency
