Job summary

CBX Solutions, LLC in Poway, CA, is seeking a skilled installer to join our team installing architectural grade doors, frames, hardware, and related Division 8/10 products at project sites.

You will work both independently and with a crew, follow supervisor instructions, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time project completion. Candidates should have basic installation experience and the ability to lift 50-80 pounds, with willingness to train and grow within CBX University.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and use a tape measure, level and other required installation tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and follow detailed installation instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follows supervisor guidance to install doors, frames, hardware, toilet accessories and partitions.
• Works independently or with a crew to install Division 8/10 products.
• Trains entry level technicians on proper installation techniques and safety.
• Maintains equipment and reports malfunctions to supervisor.
• Provides quality customer service and adheres to company policies.
