The position emphasizes coordination, renderings, and development of design documentation in a municipal setting. The role requires an Associate's degree (or higher) with two years of architectural design experience, plus proficiency in 2D/3D tools such as

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in related field; four years of professional related experience may substitute.
• Two years of progressively responsible architectural designing.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Preferred: BFA, BA or bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design.
• Two years of experience in the practice of architecture or interior design.
• Office environment and occasional construction field site visits.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication.
• Coordinate technical and design efforts daily.
• Project management and scheduling of design, collateral, and rendering concept design.
• Check technical drawings and specifications for accuracy and coordinate with Architectural designers to execute and update.
• Rendering development and execution of office furniture and space planning in support of Architectural Designers.
• Create digital assets to support the sales team including renderings, design presentations and collateral drawings.
