Job summary

Stratus is seeking an Architectural Designer II to contribute to both design and technical development of architectural projects. You will advance from foundational skills to detailed design and project documentation, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and supporting project leaders.

The role involves producing design concepts, drawings, and construction documents while coordinating with consultants and ensuring regulatory compliance. A strong proficiency in CAD/BIM tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion or other rendering tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and detailed drawings for architectural projects.
• Create construction documents using CAD/BIM software.
• Research codes, zoning, and materials to meet regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to integrate systems.
• Support senior architects with design revisions based on feedback and constraints.
• Present design concepts and updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to assess conditions and ensure alignment with design intent.
• Manage project documentation, schedules, and communication logs.
