Parette Somjen Architects LLC is seeking a Designer I–III in New Jersey to support drawing, documentation, and coordination across commercial and public sector projects. The role emphasizes understanding project context, producing drawings, and using software to translate design concepts into deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design from an accredited program preferred.
• Basic understanding of architectural design and construction documents.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit and MS Office.
• Basic oral and written English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintaining accurate and current time sheets and submitting them weekly.
• Assist with drawing/document production and coordination across project teams.
• Create drawings and presentations translating design sketches into drafted form.
• Convert design documents into detailed drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
