LRK is seeking an Architectural Designer to join our Baton Rouge, LA studio, working with a Principal on the front-end design of large mixed-use and multifamily projects. This role emphasizes initial concept exploration, massing studies, and compelling visual narratives to shape communities.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience, a professional Architecture degree, and proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in architectural design.
• Professional degree in Architecture is required.
• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end design for large mixed-use and multifamily projects.
• Focus on conceptual and schematic design phases.
• Create site plans, building designs, massing studies and presentation graphics for client meetings.
