Job summary

D'Asign Source is seeking an architect with 1–5 years of professional experience to join our design team in the Florida Keys. You will support project architects and senior designers in developing design concepts, preparing architectural drawings, and coordinating with consultants throughout all project phases.

Must be able to work in-office in Marathon, FL, with occasional travel to government offices and project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture is required or preferred.
• 1–5 years of professional architectural experience.
• Familiarity with building codes, zoning, and permitting processes.
• Strong design sensibility and ability to develop concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing architectural design concepts from schematic design through construction documents.
• Prepare and revise drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Develop 3D models and renderings for presentations and client reviews.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants under senior staff guidance.
• Support production of permit and construction drawing sets.
• Conduct site analysis and respond to redlines and feedback.
