A recruiting firm seeks an Architectural Designer in Lancaster, PA. You'll design a variety of commercial and industrial buildings under the supervision of a Principal Architect, engaging with clients and a Design-Build Team to meet project requirements. Qualifications

• 5-year Bachelor's or Master's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Registered in Pennsylvania or capable of obtaining registration.
• Proficient with AutoCad and/or Revit.
• Proficient in client sales.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients.
• Gather and compile building programming information.
• Evaluate site conditions and constraints.
• Review design requirements.
• Conduct Building Code Analysis.
• Support and guide drafters in preparation of documents.
• Prepare design and construction drawings.
• Maintain design documentation.
• Prepare design cost estimates and schedules.
• Assist in the selection of building systems.
• Manage multiple design assignments.
