A recruiting firm seeks an Architectural Designer in Lancaster, PA. You'll design a variety of commercial and industrial buildings under the supervision of a Principal Architect, engaging with clients and a Design-Build Team to meet project requirements. Qualifications
5-year Bachelor's or Master's Degree from an accredited institution.
Registered in Pennsylvania or capable of obtaining registration.
Proficient with AutoCad and/or Revit.
Proficient in client sales.
Responsibilities
Meet with clients.
Gather and compile building programming information.
Evaluate site conditions and constraints.
Review design requirements.
Conduct Building Code Analysis.
Support and guide drafters in preparation of documents.
Prepare design and construction drawings.
Maintain design documentation.
Prepare design cost estimates and schedules.
Assist in the selection of building systems.
Manage multiple design assignments.
