You will work with our Principal Architectural Consultant on a range of projects from concept to completion, applying your design skills and technical knowledge. The position requires a Bachelor's in Architecture and 2+ years of professional experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Principal Architectural Consultant to develop and refine architectural designs.
• Create detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations using industry-standard software.
• Assist in conceptual design, design development, and construction documentation.
• Conduct site visits, measurements, and evaluations to support project requirements.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, consultants, and contractors as needed.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Contribute creative ideas and solutions throughout all phases of the design process.

We are seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team on a contract basis. This onsite role offers flexible hours, allowing you to balance your work and personal commitments while contributing to innovative and impactful architectural projects. You will work closely with our Principal Architectural Consultant, collaborating on a range of exciting projects from initial concept through to completion.
