Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or closely related field.
• 2–5 years of architectural design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion).
• Understanding of local building codes and planning regulations in the Western Cape.
• Strong graphic and communication skills for presenting design ideas.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, sketches, and 3D models for various projects.
• Prepare presentation materials, including renderings and diagrams, for client meetings.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings and specifications in coordination with engineering consultants.
• Assist in the preparation of tender and construction documentation.
• Participate in design reviews and site inspections, balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.

About the Role
