Job summary

2757 design co in Carbondale, Colorado is seeking an Architectural Designer to join our team of four designers. We specialize in custom, prefab and design+build projects, including net-zero multifamily and commercial work throughout the Roaring Fork Valley.

The ideal candidate has a professional degree in Architecture, 1–3 years of collaboration experience, strong communication skills, and a drive to pursue ARE licensure. Proficiency in Revit, Lumion, and Adobe products is valued.

2757 design co was founded in 2015 in Carbondale, Colorado. We believe that good design - low energy, durable, beautiful, timeless - should be affordable for all.It is our goal to help accomplish this through custom, prefab, and design+build solutions. Our studio space in historic downtown Carbondale currently has 4 architects & designers and we are looking to add to our team. Our current workload is a mix of local design-build projects, affordable and net-zero multifamily projects throughout the state, as well as custom residential, interior and commercial work in the Roaring Fork Valley.

Architectural Designer Qualifications

• A professional degree in Architecture or related discipline
• Revit proficiency desired with office experience preferred, Lumion rendering software, Adobe products (Photoshop, InDesign), and 3D modeling skills
• 1-3 years' experience collaborating in a team environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and motivation to learn
• Collaborative and professional work ethic
• Interest in completing ARE exams + licensure

Salary range: $55,000-$70,000 depending on knowledge, skills, and experience.
