Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members and maintain clear communication under supervision.

Your Opportunity: We are seeking an enthusiastic emerging professional with at least 2-5 years of experience who is self-motivated, possesses excellent technical and design skills and can work independently. As a critical member of our team-based approach, this role offers the chance to work on high-profile designs, grow our practice, and make a meaningful impact to our communities. This is a hybrid role expected to be in the office minimum 32 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in the design process developing ideas, creating renderings, building digital / physical models, & preparing design presentations
  • Develop design documentation including plans, sections, elevations, & details, evaluate material options, and coordinate with consultant team
  • Participate in construction site visits and assist with field reports, RFIs & submittal review.
  • Able to work with supervision while maintaining communication with team members
  • Strong technical skills with high proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, visualization and graphics software
  • Experience with physical model building including Laser cutter & 3D Printer a plus
  • Excellent graphic, written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of building codes, construction systems, and permitting process a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
  • Great team player with excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Minimum of 2-5 yrs of professional experience

Pay Range:

Locations in WA, DC & Various CA, MA, VA Areas-$84,700.00 - $122,800.00 Annually
