Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 2–5 years of professional architecture experience.
• Strong design and technical skills with proficiency in Revit and SketchUp.

Responsibilities

• Engage in the design process, create renderings, build digital/physical models, and prepare design presentations.
• Develop design documentation: plans, sections, elevations, details; evaluate materials and coordinate with consultants.
• Participate in construction site visits; assist with field reports, RFIs, and submittal reviews.
• Collaborate with supervision while maintaining clear communication with the team.
• Demonstrate strong technical skills in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and visualization software.
• Experience with physical models using laser cutters and 3D printers is a plus.
• Exhibit excellent graphic, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Understand building codes, construction systems, and permitting processes a plus.

Your Opportunity: We are seeking an enthusiastic emerging professional with at least 2-5 years of experience who is self‑motivated, possesses excellent technical and design skills and can work independently. As a critical member of our team‑based approach, this role offers the chance to work on high-profile designs, grow our practice, and make a meaningful impact to our communities. This is a hybrid role expected to be in the office minimum 32 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities
