Job summary

Barton & Loguidice, D.P.C. in Annapolis, MD, seeks an Architectural Designer to join our Facilities practice. You will contribute to construction documents and interior designs under a Project Architect’s guidance.

Responsibilities include building conditions assessments, code reviews, and ensuring projects meet plans and specifications while collaborating with a project team.

Qualifications

• An associate’s degree or certification program in architectural drafting, or similar.
• 2-8 years of applicable experience preferred.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software; experience with Revit and AutoCAD is preferred.
• Knowledge of building design, specifications, and construction documents.
• Proficient written and verbal communication and able to interact effectively within a project team environment.
• Desire to learn quickly and be self-motivated; take personal responsibility for timely completion of assignments.

We are currently seeking an Architectural Designer to join our Facilities practice area. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Requirements

Estimated Pay Range: $28-35/hour.

Actual compensation may vary based on related work experience, geographical location and market conditions, education/training, certifications, and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
