Job summary

Cushing Terrell seeks a Design Professional to join our Minneapolis architecture team. You will collaborate on architectural design, project development, construction documents, and construction administration under the supervision of an experienced architect.

You will coordinate design with technical teams, manage project segments, and contribute to knowledge transfer. Strong CAD skills, especially Revit, Autodesk, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, are required.

Qualifications

• NAAB-accredited architecture degree required.
• 0–6 years of architecture experience.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Desire to expand the team’s expertise.
• Comfort with collaboration across architecture design teams.
• Knowledge transfer and work sharing experience preferred.
• Experience in Commercial, Food & Beverage or Grocery sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities
