A leading engineering services firm is seeking a qualified professional to support technical design projects and standards in architecture. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of project management experience and a strong understanding of building design processes. This position offers a fully remote work environment and a pay range of $50-$70 per hour based on experience.

Below are some details about the position:
Support internal development and implementation of economical and sustainable GCF technical design standards/templates, and assist multi-disciplinary teams in aligning projects accordingly. Identify and lead innovative design strategies for current and future building templates and designs.
Ensure innovative sustainability targets are encouraged in project designs.
Serve as the primary technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for architectural systems during design reviews of multiple building program standards, templates, and site-specific designs.
Review, organize, distribute, and support pre-construction and construction management teams for technical bulletin implementation.
Participate in workshops that drive alignment on key issues, design practices, new building designs, and initiatives, with a focus on reducing construction and maintenance costs while enhancing associate experience and operational excellence.
Collaborate and coordinate with a wide variety of internal operations, design, engineering, and construction stakeholders to increase efficiency and standardization of design across domestic and global facilities.
Coordinate design development with third-party program- and site-specific architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
