Job summary

Juniper is seeking a Senior Architectural Design Lead in Las Vegas to shape luxury home designs and lead a talented design team. You will drive design direction, oversee quality, and coordinate with Construction, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to keep projects on track from concept through execution.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and a hands-on approach to creating distinctive residences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of residential or hospitality architecture experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Architectural license preferred, or actively pursuing licensure but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design direction for luxury homes, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with the company’s design vision.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the design team, including hiring, training, and workload planning.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to coach teams and drive results.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in SketchUp OR Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office; Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, or Enscape experience is a plus.
