Job summary

Qualifications

• Accredited professional degree in Architecture or related field.
• Typically 4+ years of experience in architecture.
• Pursuing architectural registration; sustainable design accreditation preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of sustainability and integrated design guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Modifies or creates implementation documents and complex drawings with limited guidance, applying architectural techniques and procedures requiring independent judgment.
• Coordinate design group interaction with internal teams and consultant sessions.
• Manages project work of the architectural team as appropriate.
• Performs design computations and documents, reflecting design intent and coordinating with consultants.
• Review, modify and coordinate implementation documents to meet codes and zoning requirements.
