Job summary

Powell, a Nashville-based award-winning architecture, interiors, and construction firm, seeks an Architect Project Manager with 5+ years experience to lead design and delivery of complex projects within our design-build practice.

You will oversee 1-3 projects, coordinate between architects, interior designers, construction managers, and superintendents, and ensure scopes, budgets, and schedules align with client goals.

Qualifications

• Five-year Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Experience creating, developing, and maintaining drawing sets.
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
• Licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage 1–3 projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate between architects, interior designers, construction managers and superintendents.
• Manage scope, budgets and project timelines.
• Contribute to design-build process and client experience.

Architect - Project Manager

Position Description

Powell is currently seeking a full-time Architect Project Manager with 5+ years of experience, including at least 2-3 years in a project leadership position. Powell provides a collaborative atmosphere between architects, interior designers, construction managers, and superintendents within our design-build firm.
